The P434 digital pizza oven for four pizzas, for professional industrial use, is equipped with an internal shelf and a resistant steel cooking chamber.
The perfect mix between technology innovation and high performance.
It features the latest generation of digital control, that allows to manage the temperature work in a simple way, up to a Maximus temperature of 450°C.
Inside the chamber, there is also a high-efficiency halogen lamp for proper lighting during cooking.
Between premium material that is used to make the oven, we have inox steel; used for the cooking chamber and the external coating.
These are reinforced materials by special processes and so they can adequately withstand very high temperatures.
Furthermore, the external coating is kept cold during cooking by forced ventilation and includes the gasket for the soft stop of the door, for the best comfort.
This premium pizza oven can cook frozen and fresh pizzas quickly allowing for a fast turnaround.
