The Black Rock Grill Roxy12 set-up is the perfect small system for bistros bars and home use.
The ROXY12 oven holds & heats 12 rocks (standard size rock 16x16x3cm) to 842°F/ 440°C. Once you have the oven set up, it's simple to operate with manual control thermostats. So all you need to do to get your oven going is load your rocks into this countertop oven, plug into a 13amp supply, and turn up the thermostat to 824F/440c. Soon the twin thermostats, 2.8Kw oven will have those rocks hot and sizzling in 90 minutes.

Where should the oven be kept?
This is an air-cooled oven and does not need to be placed in the cook line or under an exhaust. It can be placed on the kitchen counter. Though, please note that the oven operates on a 220v-240v electrical supply, so If you are buying for home use ensure you have a 220-240v supply.
