Staff from Black Rock Grill was at the quayside in Southampton to welcome Royal Caribbean Cruise Line “Harmony Of The Seas,” officially the World's Biggest Cruise Liner and the latest of the RCCL liners to feature the Black Rock Grill Dining system on board.
