Follow our steps to cook this delicious meal using the hot rock.

1. Heat the rock in the oven or on the hob or under the grill. (refer to your Black Rock Grill heating instructions which are provided in the box with the product)

3. Cook your jacket potatoes in the oven for 30mins 190c/ 375f, make sure to pierce them.

2. Lay the salmon fillet on a piece of tin foil skin side down. If you can get your hands on fresh banana leaves then use this instead, even better presentation.

3. Slice the lemon, cherry tomatoes, garlic and spring onion and lay it on top of the salmon fillet. Season with salt and pepper and fold up the tin foil around the salmon fillet into a parcel. Put a wooden kebab stick through the foil to keep it secure.

4. Once the rock is up to temperature place the foil parcel onto the rock, serve your jacket potato with a spoonful sour cream and a sprinkling of fresh chopped chives, asparagus can be placed on the rock to cook when you are ready to serve at the table.

5. After 5 minutes open up the foil parcel and the salmon is ready to enjoy! You can eat the salmon in the foil off the rock, its wont over cook as the rock is continuously cooling down.
