I cook in a pizza oven (500°) and these baby’s work great. They are amazing! Haven’t had them out for a month or so, but I seem to remember they aren’t left and right gloves, so it doesn’t matter which hand you put them on. If you get them wet, the temp tracks through but you feel it coming!

How customer service should be
I had a challenge using a discount code and emailed to advise. The refund was put through PayPal in the blink of an eye and Peter responded with the reason behind the challenge. The Baking stone also arrived in an absolutely sodden box (the delivery driver said it had been left out all night at the depot!) and I advised Peter of the situation (who was furious) and he advised he would contact his DPD rep. Could have been a very challenging purchase however the service was so good there was no stress. Oh - and the baking stone is very cool, I’m sure my hubby will love it when he opens it!
Perfect pizza every time!
Received my pizza stone as a gift from my mum. After many failed attempts of making home made pizzas (soggy bottoms) finally i can make the perfect pizza! Preheat the stone in the oven place your pizza on the stone then let the stone works its magic. Very pleased. No more soggy bottoms! Also looks great on my kitchen side when not in use.

The pizza stone is excellent after using an ordinary cheap alternative with no benefit. Was dubious at purchasing this . However it is brilliant. We have made the same pizza with and without the stone and it makes an amazing difference. The base is really crispy like in restaurants and the stone is very easy to clean once seasoned. Also used it for home made nan bread which gives it an authentic base. I make the pizza from scratch using Gino D'Acampo's ..Classic Neapolitan with mozzarella and basil but I add extras pepperoni, artichokes etc and it cooks it right through!
