Both sides of the Charcuterie serving board can be used, so you can keep one side for cold meals, such as Ploughman's Lunch. Then use the other side for hot meals like fish and chips served on a paddle board.
Cleaning the Charcuterie board
After use, you should wipe the deli board clean with hot water to remove any surface residue. As with all woods, the bamboo (which is actually a grass) do not submerge in water. You will need to dry the board immediately after cleaning. Our bamboo products are sourced from sustainable bamboo farms.

QUALITY CAST IRON FAJITA SIZZLER PANS
Our solid Cast iron sizzler pan keep dishes sizzling hot at the table. Perfect for fajitas, steaks, chicken wings, ribs, curries to name a few!
24cm size provides ample cooking space and can be used in the oven, hob, BBQ or over a campfire.
All our cast iron cookware is LEAD-FREE. PFOA and PTFE FREE. As a result of this, you can be assured that the products are safe.

For first use, we suggest try with frying Bacon as it enhances the factory seasoning layer by adding, even more, oils though anything else will also be fine.
To maintain the seasoning:
Before cooking, rub some olive oil over the surface of your cast iron sizzlers. Finally, after washing, rub some olive oil over the surface and place it on a stove or in an oven, at a low temperature, to allow the oil to seep in.
Cast Iron will rust if left untreated, If this happens In case of rust simply scrub, rinse, dry, and cover with a little vegetable oil.
Seasoning & Re-Seasoning the cast iron sizzlers:
Wash with hot, soapy water and a stiff brush. Rinse and towel dry. Apply a thin, even layer of olive or vegetable oil to the cookware inside and out. Don't use too much oil as it will result in a sticky glaze. To grab any oil drips, place aluminium foil on the bottom rack of the oven and set the oven temperature to 150-200°C / 350-400°F. Then put the cookware upside down on the top rack of the oven. Bake it for at least an hour. After an hour, turn the oven off. Let cool and store it open in a dry place.

If you have a restaurant that serves rice and noodle dishes then you need Dolsot bowls! The bowl is heated in an oven then when the food is added it keeps it sizzling hot till the last bite.
The bowls are traditionally used to cook Bibimbap but can also be used for noodles, soup and Korean Soybean paste. It can also be used to keep food warm, like stews and soups and rice dishes.
The bowls will need to be heated in an oven and then you will need to coat the inside of the bowl with seasame oil. Full Instructions are provided.
