The restaurant is an independent family-run restaurant in Liverpool and they have reported back to us how much their customers love the Black Rock Grill concept. The owner of the Barbacoa restaurant, Gordon Tartt, is delighted with the introduction of Black Rock Grill at his restaurant in Liverpool as it has transformed his business in many ways. He has noticed that since Black Rock Grill became available customers have been flocking to try the Black Rock Grill dining experience. Giving the customer the opportunity to cook and eat their meal on the hot rock has lead to there being less food waste because the food is not sent back due to being under or overcooked, this means that customer satisfaction is higher and they are more likely to return.

Not only are Barbacoa known in the local area for the steak stone offering, they are also famous for hosting some of the UK’s bests tribute acts around. So if you are in Crosby, Liverpool, make sure you drop by for a steak and some entertainment.

The restaurant is based in the Waterloo/Crosby area of the city and is a family-run business that has been transformed into one of Merseyside’s premier entertainment nightspots. The Barbacoa has a restaurant, bar and function room spanning over 2 floors, serving quality bar meals along with a large range of beers, wines and spirits.
